Understanding project’s complexity helps determine:
Activities to perform Deliverables required
The level of complexity of a project determines the activities required to perform.
• A simple tic-tac-toc game would not be required to perform management activities for budget,
procurement, staffing resources, etc
• Some activities will not be required for smaller project and the related process deliverables will be skipped
as well.
